This Refund Policy is in place to ensure a clear and mutual understanding regarding payments and refunds. By commissioning any service from Creative Aura, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy.
To initiate any project, a 50% advance payment is required. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on the very first draft of initial design concepts.
If we do not receive a refund request from you in writing within the 24-hour period, the project will be considered active and approved. After this point, the 50% advance payment and any subsequent payments become strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that projects move forward in a timely manner and that our creative time is respected.
Should you choose to cancel your project for any reason after the initial 24-hour period, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable. Creative Aura will provide you with all completed and paid-for work files, but will not be liable for any further work or refunds.
Our design process includes a set number of revisions as outlined in our project proposal. The purpose of these revisions is to refine the design to your satisfaction. A refund will not be issued on the basis of "not liking" a design after the initial 24-hour guarantee period has passed. The solution for dissatisfaction is to utilize the revision process, not to request a refund.
