1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Creative Aura. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of my graphic design services. By commissioning a project with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The Design Process
My process is designed for clarity and collaboration.
- Briefing: We start with a detailed discussion to understand your vision and project requirements.
- Concepts: Based on the brief, I will present initial design concepts.
- Revisions: You will have the opportunity to provide feedback for revisions, as specified in our project agreement.
- Final Delivery: Once the design is approved and final payment is complete, I will deliver the final files.
3. Payment Terms
Clarity on payment is essential for a smooth project
- 50% Advance: All projects require a 50% non-refundable advance payment before any design work begins. This secures your project in my schedule.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the final design, before the delivery of the high-resolution source files.
- Invoice: Specific details for payment (such as account number or payment links) will be provided on the official invoice. Please do not share sensitive financial information over unsecure channels.
- Payment Methods: I accept payments through the following methods:
- Direct Bank Transfer (PKR)
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa (for local clients)
- Payoneer (for international clients in USD)
4. Revisions
- Each project includes a pre-agreed number of revision rounds (e.g., "three rounds of revisions").
- A revision is defined as a minor change to the existing design, not a complete redesign or a new concept.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will be subject to an additional fee.
5. File Delivery
Upon receipt of the final payment, you will receive the final, approved design files in standard formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF). Source files (e.g., AI, PSD) will also be delivered as agreed upon in the project proposal.
6. Ownership and Portfolio Rights
- Client Ownership: Upon final payment, you, the client, will own the rights to the final, approved design. You are free to use it for your business as you see fit.
- Designer’s Rights: I, the designer, retain the right to use the final design in my portfolio, on social media, and on my website for self-promotional purposes. This is standard industry practice and serves as proof of my work. Your consent for this is granted by commissioning the project.
7. Cancellation
If you choose to cancel the project, the terms outlined in our Refund Policy will apply. The 50% advance deposit is non-refundable to cover the work and time already invested.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
